Elise Gainer began producing in 2016 under the entity Paranormal History Productions, LLC with a similar successful event called First Act, First Take, Adjust bringing actors and directors together, many who went on to  work together.  In the fall of that year she produced her first SAG Web Series, A HOLLOW CROWN inspired by her love of Shakespeare and the controversial 2016 US presidential election. In 2018 she produced a sold-out four-week workshop of her immersive play THE BLOODY DEED OF 1857, which led to investors and a successful 11-week commercial run.  She was also quick to react during the pandemic, producing a zoom play for charity, raising money for her out-of-work friends.  An actress herself, Elise graduated magna cum laude from the Boston Conservatory at the age of 42, the oldest musical theater BFA student in the school's history.  She has also directed and music directed shows and is now working on two new plays.
